Mission
To teach wood painting with surgical clarity so that any trained finisher can achieve consistent, durable, and safe results.
SharpEdge Finishing Institute began as a finishing lab where builders sought dependable outcomes. We mapped variables—humidity, viscosity, nozzle geometry—and built courses that remove luck from finishing. Our approach borrows from clinical checklists: prepare, verify, apply, and audit.

We combine micro-simulations, clean diagrams, and calibrated practice scripts that remove ambiguity from each step.

We abstain from hype and false urgency. Results vary by substrate, environment, and adherence to process. The only countdown we respect is cure time.
